Erin McGuire
Quality Improvement Advisor
Erin provides consultation and quality improvement support to hospitals across Kansas collaborating with Kansas Healthcare Collaborative (KHC) in quality and patient safety initiatives. Erin provides support for improvement related to safe patient care. Erin’s background includes managing and leading programs and quality initiatives in many different healthcare capacities. She graduated from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders, Speech and Hearing Science and is certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
Julia M. Pyle MSN, RN
Quality Improvement Advisor
Julia Pyle joined KHC in April 2022 and provides consultation and quality improvement support to hospitals and other healthcare organizations across the state collaborating with KHC in quality and patient safety initiatives. Through coaching, technical assistance, and engaging with healthcare leaders, Julia provides support for improvement related to safe patient care. In her role, she draws on continuous improvement methodologies and operational/clinical expertise to analyze and influence improvement using evidence-based practices. Julia completed her undergraduate degree at Pittsburg State University before receiving her master’s degree at the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
