In this training module the Compass Team will review the HQIC adverse drug event (ADE) measures set. Training objectives include:
- Outline ADE measurement categories
- Review required and optional ADE measurement areas and corresponding data sources
- Discuss common questions related to gathering and reporting ADE measures
- Explain the importance of capturing accurate ADE data for quality improvement
